摘要
心力衰竭是绝大多数心血管疾病的共同终末阶段,而心肌重塑是心力衰竭发生及发展的重要过程。引发心肌重塑与心力衰竭的调控机制极其复杂,目前尚不十分清楚。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,miRNAs通过调控相关靶基因的表达参与了心肌重塑和心力衰竭的发生发展。本文重点阐述miRNAs在心肌重塑及心力衰竭发生发展过程中的调控作用的新研究进展,并对其临床应用的前景予以展望。
Heart failure is the common terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases, and myocardial remodeling is the decisive process of the development of heart failure. Myocardial remodeling and heart failure regulation mechanism is extremely complex and unclear. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that miRNAs are involved in the development of cardiac hypertrophy, myocardial fibrosis and heart failure by regulating the expression of related target genes. This paper focuses on the regulation of miRNAs in myocardial remodeling and heart failure, and provides a prospect for miRNAs in the clinical application of cardiovascular disease.
