A commander is the leader of a military operation, and the core of operational command. Countries around the world are constantly innovating and adopting new approaches and techniques to improve the effectiveness of command training. This paper analyzes the characteristics and merits of antagonistic command training based on the virtual reality technology, expounds the status quo and deficiencies of the antagonistic command training in our army, and points out the focus that should be known in normal training.
