摘要
为了使得飞行试验中不同应用环境下的视频编码速度具有可控性,本文基于H.265/HEVC编码标准提出了一种编码速度控制算法。首先根据总体编码速度要求以及视频内容特征对CTU块进行编码时间分配;其次对CTU的划分模式率失真代价进行估计并排列先后顺序;最后,在分配的编码时间下执行优选的几种候选模式进行择优。测试结果表明本文算法控制准确度高,在编码速度提高30%左右的情况下对编码质量影响较小。该算法对飞行试验中多种应用环境下的视频编码奠定了技术基础。
In order to make the speed of video coding be controllable in different application environments in flight test, a speed control algorithm based on H.265/HEVC standard is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the CTU coding time is allocated according to the total speed and the video content characteristics ; secondly, the rate distortion cost of all partition patterns in CTU is predicted and sorted ; finally, under the allocated time, several candidates are executed according to the order, and the best pattern will be chosen. The test results show that the algorithm has high control accuracy, 'and the encoding quality is less affected when the encoding speed is increased by about 30%. The algorithm lays the foundation for video coding in a variety of video application in flight test.
