摘要
鉴于教学过程中缺乏实际的工业对象,提出一种虚实结合的实验模型,该模型模拟工业原料加工、搬运及交通运输的过程。构建以MCGS为监控界面、PLC为控制器,温度、液位传感器、开关、指示灯为实物的工业原料加工、搬运系统实验模型,构建以MCGS脚本程序编程为基础的虚拟交通运输模型。实际运行表明,系统能够很好满足控制要求,可以实现分散控制,也可通过网络实现集中控制。系统的应用,实现了教学过程中理论实践相结合,具有开放性、灵活性、可视化、成本低廉的特点,对教学和实际工程应用均有较好的参考价值。
In view of lacking of industrial objects in the teaching process, the paper presents a virtualreal synthesis experimental model, which simulates industrial raw materials processing, handling and transportation process. Industrial raw material processing and handling system experimental models were built based on the MCGS monitor interface, PLC as the controller, temperature, liquid level sensor, switch, indicator light as the objects, virtual transportation model was built based on the MCGS monitor interface. The actual operation shows that, the system can well satisfy the control requirements, can realize the decentralized control, and can realize centralized control through the network. The application has realized the theory in the process of teaching practice, which has the characteristics of openness, flexibility, visualization, low cost, and has good reference value in engineering practice and teaching practice.
