基于DW540芯片的手机无线充电器设计

摘要 针对智能手机充电线与充电接口因磨损而易损坏的问题,本文基于无线充电专用IC设计了一款用于小功率便携式移动电话的无线供电器。手机与充电器之间无直接的电气接触,有效的避免了磨损的问题。本文采用了DW540作为无线充电器的原边电路主控IC,bq51013b作为无线充电器副边电路的主控IC,具有异物检测、充电异常报警、过热以及过流保护等功能,充电效率可达75%,有效的满足了手机的无线充电。 In view of the problem that the smartphone charging line and the charging interface are damaged due to wear and tear, this paper designs a wireless power supply for small power portable mobile phone based on the wireless charging IC. There is no direct electrical contact between the phone and the charger, effectively avoiding the problem of wear. This article uses the DW540 as a main control IC of the wireless charger primary eircuit, bq51013b as a main control IC of the wireless charger secondary circuit. This charger has foreign body detection, charging abnormal alarm, overheating and overcurrent protection and other functions, the charging efficiency of up to 75 %, effectively meet the phone's wireless charging.
