摘要
柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)设备在调控潮流、提升安全效果上取得了较好效果。为了分析FACTS设备对安全效果的影响,本文首先简述了3种联接类型设备的模型建立结果;然后结合控制策略对FACTS设备的风险进行了分析,主要考虑了暂态稳定和随机因素;接着以RTS79系统为实例,计算验证了该风险分析方法的可行性和有效性,主要根据最佳位置、设备容量和随机因素进行了评估。最终得出结论:在各种随机因素中,设备的可靠性对提升安全效果影响最明显。
The Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) equipment has achieved better results in regulating the power flow and improving the security effect. To analyze the impact of FACTS equipment on safety performance, this paper first introduces the establishment of the results of the three types of joints of equipment model; and then combined with the risk control strategy for FACTS devices is analyzed, the main consideration of the transient stability and random factors; and then takes RTS79 system as an example, the calculation and verification of the risk analysis method is feasible and effective, assessed according to the best the location, equipment capacity and random factors. The conclusion is: in various random factors, the reliability of equipment has the most obvious effect on improving safety.
