挤压机螺杆性能参数对脱胚玉米热特性影响研究

The effects of screw's performance parameters on degerminated corn's thermal properties

摘要 为研究单螺杆挤压机不同螺杆性能参数对脱胚玉米热特性的影响,以阻流环直径、轴头间隙、顶宽以及螺距为变量,使用单螺杆挤压机对脱胚玉米进行挤压,应用差示扫描量热仪对挤压后的玉米粉进行热特性分析。DSC测试结果为:以阻流环直径为变量挤压的脱胚玉米中,直径为92 mm时,焓变值为1.036 J/g,低于其他处理;以阻流环顶宽为变量的处理中,顶宽为6 mm时,焓变值为1.237 J/g,低于其他处理;以螺距为变量的处理中,螺距为15 mm时,焓变值为1.246 J/g,低于其他处理;以轴头间隙为变量的处理中,轴头间隙为17.5 mm时,焓变值为1.220 J/g,低于其他处理。挤压能够影响脱胚玉米的热特性,改变糊化度,挤压机不同螺杆性能参数对脱胚玉米热特性的影响程度不同,阻流环直径和轴头间隙对脱胚玉米热特性影响相对较大。 The effects of screw's performance parameters on degerminated corn's thermal properties was studied by the method of differential scanning calorimetry. The single-screw extruder was used to squeeze corn with the independent variable of different diameter of choke ring, top width of choke ring, the screw pitch and interval of spindle by adopted single factor experiment. The result of DSC of different diameter of choke ring was the enthalpy change of 92 mm was 1.036 Jig and the pasting was the highest. The result of different top width of choke ring was the enthalpy change of 6 mm was 1.237 Jig and lower than others, which the pasting was higher than any other one. The result of different screw pitch was the enthalpy change of 15 mm was 1.246 J/g, which was the lowest. The effect of different interval of spindle was 17.5 mm, the enthalpy change was 1.220 Jig and the pasting was the highest. The results showed that extrusion could destroy the structure of degerminated corn and influence thermal properties. And different performance parameters made different thermal properties which diameter of choke ring and interval of spindle made bigger differences.
