摘要
以过硫酸钾为引发剂、液体石蜡油为油相、司盘-80为乳化剂、壳聚糖作为骨架结构,加入丙烯酸、氢氧化钠、丙烯酰胺、N-N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺进行交联化反应,采用反相悬浮交联法制备复合微球。采用SEM和FTIR对所合成的复合微球进行结构表征的测定。探究了壳聚糖用量等制备因素影响,阐述各种因素对微球的粒径与形貌及性能的影响规律。结果表明,最优的复合微球的反应条件为:m(CTS)/m(AA)=5:3,引发剂和交联剂与单体的质量比为3.2%和4.0%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间4 h,油水比6:1,中和度为70%,搅拌速率450 r/min,预乳化时间为15 min,在此条件下合成的复合微球的粒径均匀且分散性能良好。
In this experiment, selecting potassium persulfate as initiator, liquid paraffin oil as oil phase, span -80 as emulsifier and chitosan as skeleton structure, adding acrylic acid, sodium hydroxide, acrylamide, N-N-methylene. The cross-linking reaction of bisacrylamide was carried out, and the composite microspheres were prepared by reversed-phase suspension cross-linking method. The structures of the synthesized microspheres were characterized by SEM and FTIR. The effects of various factors on the particle size, morphology and properties of microspheres were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: m(CTS)/m(AA)=5:3, the mass ratio of initiator and crosslinker to monomer was 3.2% and 4.0%, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, reaction time of 4 h, ratio of oil to water was 6:1, neutralization degree 70%, stirring rate of 450 r/min, pre-emulsification time of 15 rain. The composite microspheres were homogeneous and disperse under this condition.
