青钱柳叶总黄酮、总三萜及粗多糖的快速检测方法研究 被引量:9

The rapid detection of total flavonoids, total triterpenes and crude polysaccharides in the leaves of Cyclocarya Paliurus

摘要 针对传统加热回流法检测青钱柳叶中有效成分时存在的分析时间长、操作繁琐等不足,研究建立了青钱柳叶中总黄酮、总三萜、粗多糖的微波/超声混合提取与光度比色分析快检新方法。通过对提取与显色条件的优化,实现了3种主要有效成分的一次性检测,并建立了与传统加热回流法的结果换算公式。大量实际样品的对比检测结果表明,新方法检测结果经公式换算后与传统的加热回流法结果一致性良好,而新方法更加快速、简便,检测时间缩短了近一半,非常适合用于青钱柳叶中总黄酮、总三萜、粗多糖等有效成分的快速检测。 Traditional heating reflux method was usually used for determination of bioactive components from the leaves of Cyclocarya pafiurus. However, some limitations were accompanied by time-consuming and cumbersome operation. A new method for the rapid detection of the contents of total flavonoids, total triterpenes and crude polysaccharides by microwave/ultrasonic extraction and spectrophotometric analysis was established. One-time detection for three bioactive components was realized by optimizing extractive and chromogenic conditions, and the conversion formula between the new method and the traditional heating reflux method was developed. Furthermore, a great many contrast tests of practical samples showed that the two methods had good consistency. The new method was more simple and rapid, and shortened the detection time to nearly half. It was suitable for rapid detection of bioactive components such as total flavonoids, total triterpenes and crude polysaccharides from Cyclocarya paliurus.
