FZ-H800巷道注浆堵水加固水泥基外加剂试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对目前注浆材料常出现回弹率大、早期强度不够、抗渗抗裂性能不佳等问题,研制了FZ-H800注浆专用水泥基外加剂。对该外加剂不同掺量的浆液进行试验,通过"BGF-7型指针式压浆剂凝结时间测定仪"、无侧限抗压仪、抗渗性测试和自主研发的膨胀率测试装置分别测出配方浆液的凝结时间、抗压强度、抗渗性和膨胀率。通过分析可知,最佳外加剂掺量为10%,常温下10%外加剂掺量的配方浆液初凝时间184 s、终凝时间339 s,凝结时间快;7 d可达45 MPa,28 d强度可接近或达到70 MPa;抗渗等级可达P8以上;膨胀率可达到0.31。FZ-H800注浆专用水泥基外加剂具有凝结快、早强、抗渗性高、微膨胀等特点。 In view of the high rebound rate, insufficient early strength, poor impermeability and anti-cracking performance and other issues of current grouting materials, a cement-based additive for FZ-H800 grouting was developed. The slurry with different dosage of the admixture was tested. The coagulation time, compressive strength, impermeability and swelling rate of the formulation slurry were measured by " BGF-7 type of needle grouting agent coagulation time tester ", no side-limit pressure tester,impermeability test and self-developed expansion rate test device. The analysis shows that the best admixture dosage is 10%, the initial coagulation time of the formula grout with 10% admixture dosage is 184 s, the final coagulation time is 339 s, and the coagulation time is fast;the strength can reach to 45 MPa in 7 days, and the strength can be close to or reach to 70 MPa in 28 days; impermeability level can reach P8 above; the expansion rate can reach to 0.31. FZ-H800 grouting special cement-based admixture has the characteristics of fast condensation, early strength, high impermeability and micro-expansion.
