摘要 小煤窑采空区空洞火区是威胁露天矿生产安全和人员设备安全的重大隐患之一,而传统的灭火技术难以有效地解决采空区空洞火区立体空间高位火源快速灭火问题。针对安家岭露天矿1315干道边坡火区特点,从空洞火区快速灭火降温和防复燃角度出发,分析注浆技术、高倍阻化泡沫技术和粉煤灰改性材料快速填充技术的特点并优化技术工艺参数,将这些技术综合应用到安家岭露天矿1315空洞火区的治理之中,成功治理了火区,取得了较好的火区治理效果。 Coal fire in cavities of mined-out area is a severe threat to the safety of open pit mine, personnel and equipment.Traditional firefighting technology is not capable to put out fires at high position of the cavity effectively. According to the characteristics of the 1315 trunk fire area in Anjialing Open Pit Mine, we focus on the rapid cooling and preventing rekindling of the fires in cavities, and analyze the characteristics and technological parameters of grouting, high expansion inhibition foam and modified fly ash. These firefighting materials and techniques are then applied to control fire in cavities near the slope of the 1315 trunk in Anjialing Open Pit Mine. The results show that these techniques extinguish the fire very efficiently and obtain good fire control effect.
