黏土原浆高压喷射制备工艺

摘要 针对黏土原浆造浆施工难点,提出了黏土原浆高压喷射制备工艺。其工序为:利用高压大泵量的活塞泵及手持式出浆口喷射水流对原状黏土破碎切削;渣浆泵输送到泥浆净化机进行除砂;黏土浆液流入原浆池,原浆池内安设大泵量渣浆泵;利用手持式出浆口喷嘴进行原浆池内黏土浆的内循环。指出需在配置过程中定期清理池底的沉积物及黏土原浆的黏度、密度。 For the difficulty of mud making construction for clay raw slurry, the preparation technology of the high pressure jet flow of clay slurry is proposed. The process is as follows: the original state of clay is broken by the piston pump and handheld nozzle-created high pressure water jet; the slurry pump is transported to the mud purification machine to remove sand; the clay slurry flows into the virgin pulp pool, and the slurry pumps are installed respectively in the virgin pulp pool; the handheld nozzle is used to constitute the internal circulation of the slurry pump, that is stored in a storage pool for the disposition of the clay cement slurry, and the viscosity and density of sediment and clay pulp in pools should be cleaned periodically in the configuration process.
