摘要 随着我国经济的逐渐由高速发展过程向高质量发展过程转变,各行业对安全工程类人才需求将日益扩大,尤其是对安全工程类创新型人才的需求更为急迫。通过对安全工程类人才特点进行分析,探讨了安全工程类创新型人才培养方式。以工程实例为主要培养模式,对安全工程类创新型人才进行培养。开展了《矿井通风与安全》的工程实例课,通过矿井通风的基础知识及相关的工程案例培养激发学生的创造能力,使其成为具备创新精神和实践能力的应用型高级专业人才。 At present, China's economy is changing from high speed development to high quality development, and the safety engineering is complex and changeable, so it is particularly urgent to train the safety engineering innovative talents. Through the analysis of the safety engineering talents characteristics, we discuss the cultivation mode of the safety engineering innovative talents. Taking the engineering example as the main training mode, the innovative talents of safety engineering are cultivated. We carried out the engineering example class of "mine ventilation and safety "to make the student to be an application-oriented senior specialized personnel with innovative spirit and practical ability through the basic knowledge of mine ventilation and related engineering cases to cultivate and stimulate students' creative ability.
