钕铁硼永磁材料晶界调控技术的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 钕铁硼永磁材料的磁性能不仅与主相的内禀性能有关,而且还受到晶界相显微组织结构、分布和体积分数的影响.本文介绍了近年来国内外钕铁硼永磁材料的生产现状及发展趋势,重点介绍了晶界调控生产高性价比钕铁硼永磁材料新工艺的应用情况. The magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets are not only dependent on the intrinsic magnetic properties of the main hard magnetic phase, but also affected by the microstructure, distribution, and volume fraction of the intergranular phases. This paper introduces the present situation and trends of industrial production, and mainly describes the application of grain boundary modifications for high performance ratio NdFeB permanent magnetic materials.
