摘要
雷公藤红素来源于中药雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordij)的根皮,是一种醌甲基三萜类化合物,具有多种生物活性。大量的研究发现,雷公藤红素可以通过调节炎症信号通路,抑制炎症因子产生和调节免疫细胞的活性来发挥抗炎及免疫抑制的作用,对多种自身免疫性疾病和炎症具有治疗作用。文章对雷公藤红素的抗炎及免疫抑制方面的研究进行了总结,以期为研究雷公藤红素的临床应用与进一步的开发利用提供借鉴和参考。
Abstrct Celastrol derived from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii is a type of quinone methyl triterpenoid compound and it has a variety of biological activities. A lot of studies were reported that celastrol could exert its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activities by regulating major inflammatory signaling pathways,inhibiting the production of proinflammatory factors and suppressing immune reactions. Therefore it has therapeutic effect on autoimmune diseases and inflammation. In this paper,the research on the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of celastrol has been reviewed in order to provide reference for the clinical application of celastrol and its further development and utilization.
