摘要
辣椒素咳嗽激发试验是目前常用的客观的评价咳嗽敏感性的方法，其操作方便、简单，且具有较高的安全性。对慢性咳嗽敏感性的评价、咳嗽病因谱的鉴别、临床诊断、咳嗽机制研究、止咳药物治疗及预后评估有临床意义，本文主要从辣椒素咳嗽激发试验用于慢性咳嗽患者的病因寻找及药物治疗方面进行综述。
Capsaicin couph provocation test is currently the most common and objected way to assess the cough sensitivity. This test is not only easy and safe to operate, but also have the clinical significance to assess the chronic cough sensitivity, to identify the causes of cough, to confirm the clinical diagnosis, to analyze the cough mechanism, to conduct medicine treatment and to assess the prognosis of chronic cough. This research summarizes the etiology and medicine treatment by using capsaicin cough provocation test.
