三元微电解填料催化降解颜料生产废水研究 被引量:2

摘要 在传统铁碳微电解填料的基础上加入铝粉,以高温煅烧制备铁铝碳三元微电解填料,选用实际颜料生产废水为研究对象,考察曝气、填料投加量、初始p H、停留时间等对废水处理效果的影响,通过测定废水的COD去除率来表征废水的处理效果,并对填料的二次利用性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在铁铝碳三元填料投加量为0.33 kg/L,反应初始p H为11,反应时间为120 min,并伴有曝气的条件下,对实际颜料生产废水的COD去除率可以达到55.63%。经过酸洗处理的二次填料,烘干后再次利用,仍能表现出很好的处理性能。 Iron-aluminum-carbon three micro electrolysis filler was prepared by adding aluminum powder on the basis of traditional iron carbon micro electrolysis filler at the condition of high temperature calcination. The actual pigment wastewater was selected as the research object. The effects of aeration, filler dosage, initial pH and resi- dence time on wastewater treatment were investigated. The treatment efficiency of wastewater was characterized by the COD removal rate of wastewater, and the reutilization performance of the filler was also studied. The experi- mental results show that the COD removal rate of the actual pigment wastewater can reach 55.63% when the filler dosage is 0.33 kg/L, the initial pH is 11 and the reaction time is 120 min, and accompanied with aeration. After pickling and drying the old filler is reused, it still can show good treatment performance.
