摘要
皮托管故障是威胁航空飞行安全的重要来源之一。通过对相关的全静压系统、空速表和皮托管的原理分析,并结合维修工程中的实践经验,找出了皮托管的常见故障类型。通过对伯根航空301号航班空难进行分析研究,找出事故的原因,并提出瓣膜式皮托防堵设计和压缩空气吹扫的堵塞物清除设计;提出空速系统的自检概念,增加对出现不同空速指示的告警。最后为达到可接受的飞行安全性水平,建议修改关于空速指示异常的飞行操作手册及维修实践中维修程序要求。
Pitot tube failure is one of the important causes of aviation flight safety. Through the analysis of the related Total-Static Pressure System, Airspeed Instrument and Pitot tube, combined with the practical experience in maintenance engineering, the common fault types of Pitot tube were found out. Based on the analysis and research on the flight accident of Flight 301, the cause of the accident was found out. The paper proposes the valve-type pitot anti-blocking design and compressed air blowing Sweep of the blockage removal design and the airspeed system self-test concept, and promotes the increase in the emergence of different airspeed alarm. Finally, to achieve acceptable levels of flight safety, it is recommended that modifications be made to the flight operations manuals regarding airspeed indicating anomalies and the maintenance procedure requirements in maintenance practice.
