摘要 以高校科研人才为研究对象,探讨高校绩效评价取向对科研人才心理授权和个体创新行为的影响。实证研究发现,绩效评价取向由控制取向和融合取向两个维度构成,高校绩效评价取向明显偏向控制取向;绩效评价融合取向对科研人才心理授权和个体创新行为有显著的正影响;心理授权在绩效评价融合取向和个体创新行为之间起完全中介作用。 Taking scientific research talents at universities as the object, the paper will discuss the impacts of performance appraisal orientation on individual innovative behavior. The empirical researches show that performance appraisal orientation is composed of two dimensions including control oriented and integration oriented; performance evaluation orientation of uni- versity tends to control orientation; integration - oriented performance appraisal has a significant positive impact upon psy- chological empowerment and individual innovative behavior, while control - oriented performance appraisal has no signifi- cant impact; psychological empowerment serves as a media between integrated - oriented performance appraisal and individ- ual innovative behavior.
