摘要
基于众包创新实践过程,采用扎根理论,探索众包创新知识获取的影响因素及作用机制。对质性材料进行概念化、范畴化和编码化处理,构建众包创新知识获取的影响因素模型,获得知识源特性、知识获取情境、知识需求者特性和任务属性四个主轴编码,通过理论饱和检验验证模型的科学性和合理性。
Based on the process of crowdsourcing innovation, a grounded theory approach is adopted to explore the influen- cing factors and mechanism of knowledge acquisition in crowdsourcing innovation. Combined with conceptualization, cate- gory and coding of qualitative analysis material, the influencing factor model of knowledge acquisition in crowdsourcing in- novation is constructed. We get four axial coding, including knowledge source' s characteristics, knowledge acquisition situation, knowledge demander' s characteristics and task attribute. Theory of saturated inspection is used to verify the sci- entificity and rationality of the model.
