养正消积胶囊联合化疗对转移性乳腺癌的疗效及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响

Effect of Yangzhengxiaoji Capsule Combined with Chemotherapy on Metastatic Breast Cancer and T Lymphocyte Subsets

目的:观察养正消积胶囊联合化疗对转移性乳腺癌的疗效及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:90例转移性乳腺癌患者,分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=43),对照组患者给予常规GT方案化疗,观察组患者在GT化疗时,同时口服养正消积胶囊;治疗结束时,比较2组患者治疗效果;于治疗前和治疗后3个月时测定患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+),并计算CD4+与CD8+(CD4+/CD8+)比值;同时观察两组患者恶心呕吐、血小板减少、肝肾功能不全及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与谷草转氨酶(AST)比值升高等不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗结束时,观察组患者显效和总有效率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者恶心呕吐及肝肾功能不全的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+及CD8+水平和CD4+/CD8+比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后3个月时,观察组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+水平和CD4+/CD8+均明显高于对照组,CD8+含量水平明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:养正消积胶囊联合GT方案化疗对转移性乳腺癌具有较好的治疗效果,并能够有效的改善患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平。

Objective： To observe the effect Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with chemotherapy on metastatic Breast Cancer and T Lymphocyte subsets. Methods： 90 patients with metastatic breast cancer were divided into observation group（ n = 47） and control group（ n = 43）. The patients in the control group received routine GT regimen chemotherapy,while the patients in the observation group took Yangzhengxiaoji capsule orally during GT chemotherapy. At the end of the treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets（ CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋） and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋were measured before treatment and 3 months after treatment. The incidence of nausea and vomiting,thrombocytopenia,liver and kidney insufficiency and the elevated ratio of alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）/alanine aminotransferase（ AST） were observed. Results： At the end of treatment,the effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting as well as liver and kidney insufficiency in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. At 3 months after treatment,the levels of CD3＋and CD4＋and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋in peripheral blood in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD8＋level was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined with GT regimen has a good therapeutic effect on metastatic breast cancer and can effectively improve the level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients.
