摘要 目的:探索研究3dMD面部摄影测量系统在正畸临床应用的前景。方法:选择成年骨性I类患者60名(男性女性各30名,18~35岁),分别进行面部三维摄影和常规照相,记录所用时间;对所获得的图像进行侧貌软组织测量分析对比。应用SPSS 16.0软件对试验结果进行统计分析。结果:3d MD面部摄影测量系统拍摄每名患者面相所用时间(14.99±1.34)s明显少于传统照相组(45.33±7.75)s;侧貌软组织测量分析结果显示,三维测量组和三维截图组均与传统照相组无统计学差异。结论:使用3d MD面部摄影测量系统拍摄患者面相效率较高,侧貌软组织分析结果与传统照相技术并无明显差异。 Objective: To investigate the clinical perspectives of 3dMD photography in orthodontics. Methods: 60 patients with skel- etal I malocclusion (30 males, 30 females, aged 18 to 35 years) were selected. Facial pictures of them were taken by 3dMD photog- raphy and traditional photography respectively, photographing time was recorded. Facial measurements quality data were analyzed by SPSS 16. O. Results: The photographing time of the 3dMD group and traditional photographic group was( 14.99 ±1.34) s and (45.33 ±7.75) s respectively(P 〈0.05) ; there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in the quality scores. Conclusion: The clinical use of 3dMD in patients can save the operation time and can get similar by the use of results traditional radiography.
