摘要 目的:探讨氢氧化钙髓腔封药在年轻恒牙牙髓感染治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取36颗牙髓、根尖周病变年轻恒牙,随机分为2组(n=18):实验组采用Ca(OH)_2髓腔封药。对照组采用甲硝唑、米诺环素及环丙沙星三联抗生素糊剂根管封药。通过术前术后3、6、12、18、24个月临床症状观察及X线片检查,评价根尖周病变的变化及牙根发育状况,探讨牙髓血管再生的临床效果。结果:实验组18颗患牙与对照组18颗患牙临床症状均消失,根尖周病变消除,牙根继续发育。实验组10颗患牙牙根形成,8颗患牙根尖孔缩小,对照组13颗患牙牙根形成,5颗患牙根尖孔缩小。实验组与对照组成功率无差异。结论:Ca(OH)_2髓腔封药应用于年轻恒牙牙髓感染的治疗与三联抗生素糊剂同样有效。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of calcium hydroxide [ Ca(OH) 2 ] in the treatment of immature permanent tooth pulp infection. Methods: 36 immature permanent teeth with pulp necrosis or periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 18 ). The teeth in experimental group were treated with [ Ca(OH) 2 ] and in control group with triple antibiotic paste ciprofloxa- cin + metronidazole + minocycline(TAP). Then the periapical condition and root growth were evaluated by clinical follow up and X- ray examination. Follow-up was conducted at 3rd, 6th, 12th, 18th and 24th month after operation. Results: The roots of 10 teeth were developed and 8 teeth apical foramen were reduced in experimental group. The roots of 13 teeth were developed and 5 teeth api- cal foramen were reduced in control group. There is no statistic difference between the groups. Conclusion: Calcium hydroxide is as effective as TAP in the treatment of immature permanent tooth pulp infection.
