摘要 高校创业教育的管理创新是深化高校创业教育改革的必由之路。基于麦肯锡7S模型,归纳出高校创业教育管理具有专业化、国际化、共享化、市场化特征,提出以创新人才培养战略实现战略创新,以柔性、扁平、分权的机构设置实现结构创新,以推行学分制实现制度创新,以柔性化服务实现风格创新,以师生为本实现价值观创新,以运用现代人力资源管理理念实现人员创新,以开设网络创业课程实现技术创新的高校创业教育管理创新实施路径。 The management innovation of entrepreneurship education in universities is the only way to deepen the reform of entrepreneurship education in universities. We conclude that the management of entrepreneurship education in universities has the characteristics of specialization, internationalization, sharing and marketization, based on McKinsey 7S model. Putting forward the implementation path of management innovation of entrepreneurship education in universities: innovating talents cultivation strategy to realize strategic innovation, with flexible, flat and decentralized institutions to realize structure innovation, carrying out credit system to realize system innovation, with flexible service to realize style innovation, with student and teacher-centered idea to realize shared values innovation, applying modern human resources management concept to realize staff innovation, opening network entrepreneurship courses to realize skill innovation.
