摘要
目的了解德阳市城乡不同地区各类人群膳食结构、营养健康素养等情况,为进一步完善人群合理膳食的指导与干预,预防营养性疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法采用抽样调查的方法,收集被调查者基本信息、合理膳食的知晓情况、饮食行为状况等,分析知晓率和健康行为的差异。结果调查对象合理膳食总体知晓率为26.3%,不同知识点、地区、性别和年龄的人群合理膳食知晓率无显著差异,不同户口、文化和职业的知晓率有显著差异。64.1%的调查对象存在至少一项饮食行为不符合《指南》推荐要求。结论德阳市居民合理膳食知晓率较低,人群间合理膳食知晓率不平衡,存在诸多不健康的饮食行为,需进一步开展针对性的膳食指导,采取更多形式和内容、更行之有效的干预措施。
Objective To understand the dietary structure, nutrition and health literacy rural areas of Deyang and provide a scientific basis for further improving the guidanc anced diets and preventing the occurrence of nutritional diseases. Methods By means basic information, balanced diet awareness and dietary behaviors of participants were of residents in urban and e and intervention of bal- of sampling investigation, collected, and differences in awareness rate and health behaviors were analyzed. Results The total awareness rate of balanced diets in the participants was 26.3% ; no significant difference was found in balanced diet awareness rates of residents for different knowledge points, in different regions, and of different ages or sexes; significant differences were found in balanecd diet awareness rates of residents of different residence types, cultural backgrounds and occu- pations. At least one dietary behavior of 64. 1% of the participants did not comply with the recommendations in the Guidelines. Conclusion The balanced diet awareness rate of Deyang residents is low ; the awareness rates of different groups vary a lot; multiple unhealthy dietary behaviors exists. Further dietary guidance should be provided, and more diverse and more effective interventional measures should be taken.
