2016年宜宾县中小学生常见病检出情况分析

Detection of Common Diseases among Primary and Middle School Students in Yibin County in 2016

目的为进一步掌握宜宾县儿童青少年发育状况、学生常见病情况,了解学生健康危害因素,为制定学生常见病防制对策提供依据。方法收集2016年宜宾县学校卫生项目中小学生体检资料,对学生龋齿、视力不良、贫血、营养不良、沙眼、肥胖患病情况进行统计分析。结果受检学生患病率分性别、地区及年级比较,差异有统计学意义的分别是男生与女生视力不良率;城市与农村沙眼患病率;小学与中学视力不良率、恒压龋齿率、沙眼患病率、肥胖率。结论宜宾县儿童青少年健康水平还有待提高,卫生、教育部门应加大学生常见病防治的力度,降低发病率。

Objective To further master the health development and common diseases among primary and middle school students of Yibin County and provide evidence for prevention of common diseases in students. Methods The information about physical examination of primary and middle school students in 2016 was collected. The prevalence of dental caries, poor eyesight, anemia, malnutrition, trachoma and obesity were analyzed. Results The prevalence rates of poor eyesight in different genders, trachoma in urban and rural areas, poor eyesight, dental caries, trachoma, obesity in primary and middle school students were significantly different. Conclusion The health level of children and adolescents in Yibin County needs to be improved, the related health and education departments should put more effort on control and prevention so as to reduce the incidence of common diseases in students.
