2015年成都市金牛区居民死亡漏报调查

Under reporting Deaths of Citizens of Jinniu District in Chengdu in 2015

目的了解成都市金牛区居民死亡信息的漏报情况,为今后死因监测工作提出建议。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,在辖区各个街道随机抽取1个居委会的1个院落作为此次漏报调查的调查对象,通过走访调查、各部门数据核对补充等方法,获得调查院落在2015年期间所发生的死亡信息,与中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的死亡数据核对,统计漏报率。结果 2015年金牛区居民死亡漏报率为3.45%;男性漏报率为4.60%,女性漏报率为1.72%,男性与女性的死亡漏报率以及不同年龄组的死亡漏报率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论金牛区居民死亡信息存在漏报情况,今后应加大多部门数据交换力度,加强死亡信息补报工作,以提高死因监测数据的质量。

Objective To study the under - reporting deaths among Jinniu District residents in Chengdu and provide suggestions for the future monitor system work. Methods Random selected one unit of 1 neighborhood committees in every street in Jinniu District as the under - reporting investigation objects by random cluster sampling methods. Through interviewed, verified and supplemented data with all departments and other methods, mortality information of each unit in 2015 served as samples got by household survey.. It was proofread with electronic database of china information system for disease control and prevention. The under - reporting rate was calculated. Results The total under - reporting rate of mortality among Jinniu district residents in 2015 was 3.45% . The under - reporting rate of male was 4. 60% , the female was 1.72% and no significant statistical difference was found between different genders and different ages. Conclusion The under -reporting of mortality among Jinniu district residents was evidenced. The quality of the data of mortality should be improved by cooperation of different departments and strengthen the reports on the death information.
