2015年六安市预防接种门诊运转现况调查

Cross-sectional Investigation on the Vaccination Clinics in Lu' an City in 2015

目的了解六安市辖区各预防接种门诊现状及服务能力,为更好地开展规范化预防接种门诊建设提供参考。方法采用统一设计的调查表收集预防接种门诊人力资源配置、服务能力及业务需求等信息,并对调查结果进行分析。结果本次调查覆盖全部178个乡镇(包括街道或社区),共对204个预防接种门诊发放调查表,收回调查表186份,应答率为91.2%。调查结果显示,186个门诊中共有从事预防接种的工作人员569人,预防接种与服务人口比例为1.1/万。门诊工作人员第一学历以中专为主,占63.8%;职称以初级职称为主,占75.0%。预防接种门诊面积达标率为75.8%,功能分区合理率为79.6%,宣教设备配置率为71.5%,冷链设备仅66.7%能满足。门诊接种信息化率为100%,人员兼职率为72.6%。结论六安市预防接种门诊信息化配置较好,但房屋和设备配备及门诊人员配置不足,且存在学历和职称偏低现象,需要加强预防接种门诊硬件建设和人力资源补充及培训。

Objective To understand the current situation and service ability of vaccination clinics in Lu＇an city and to provide reference for the development of standardized vaccination clinics. Methods The descriptive epidemiologic method was used to analyze the data from the self - administered questionnaire survey conducted by vaccination clinic staff. Results A total of 204 questionnaires were distributed to all 178 townships, 186 questionnaires were taken back and the response rate was 91.2%. In 186 clinics 569 workers were engaged in vaccination work, the ratio of clinic staff to service population was 11/104. Clinical staff were mainly personnel holding secondary technical school degrees （63.8%） and junior job titles （75.0%）. Vaccination clinics area compliance rate was 75.8%, the functional area rationality rate was 79.6%, the education equipment allocation rate was 71.5% , and the cold - chain equipment could not satisfy the demand. The information - based rate of clinic vaccination was 100% and part - time staff accounted for 72.6%. Conclusion The information technology configuration of vaccination clinics in Lu＇an is good but buildings, equipment and staff are insufficient; additionally, staff＇s educational degrees and job titles are low. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of township and village vaccination outpatient hardware and human resources and training.
