2016年北京市顺义区食源性疾病主动监测实验室检测结果分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的了解顺义区食源性疾病的发病情况及病原学特征,为制定有效防控措施提供依据。方法对采集临床腹泻粪便标本进行病原体分离与鉴定。结果共采集检测标本365份标本,检出致病菌阳性101份,阳性率为27.67%(101/365);其中副溶血性弧菌检出率最高,为39株,检出率为10.68%(39/365);其次为致泻大肠埃希菌28株,检出率为7.67%(28/365);检出沙门菌15株,检出率为4.21%(15/365);空肠弯曲菌15株,检出率为4.21%(15/365)。结论顺义区食源性腹泻主要以副溶、致泻性大肠埃希菌和沙门菌感染为主,空肠弯曲菌检出率也有所增加,应加强监测工作,注意致病菌病原谱变化。 Objective To investigate the epidemic features of food - borne diseases in Shunyi district of Beijing in 2016 and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control. Methods The stool specimens of diarrhea were collected to pathogens separate and culture. Results A total of 365 cases were collected and 101 stains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated with 27.67% ( 101/365 ) positive rate, which included 39 ( 10.68% ) stains of Vibrio Parahemolyticus, 28 (7.67%) stains of enteropathogenic E. coli, 15 (4. 21% ) stains of salmonella, 15 (4. 21% ) stains of salmonella and 15 (4.21%) stains of campylobacter jejuni. Conclusion The infection of food- borne diseases mainly cause by Vibrio Parahemolyticus, enteropathogenic E. coli and salmonella in Shunyi district. Furthermore, the campylobacter jejuni also was detected. And the surveillance of food - borne pathogenic should be further strengthened.
