摘要
在已有木材防腐剂氨溶季胺铜(ACQ-D)研究基础上,结合其工业化防腐木材生产实际情况,比较分析了不同木材初始含水率对防腐改性木材药剂沉积量和流失性的影响。结果表明,工业化真空-加压浸渍工艺条件下,调整防腐液质量百分数是获得防腐改性木材不同药剂沉积量的有效措施;不同木材初始含水率对防腐改性木材药剂沉积量影响不显著,在实验范围内,通过调整ACQ-D质量百分数,可得到不同药剂沉积量的改性木材;相同药剂沉积量的防腐改性木材,不同初始含水率ACQ-D防腐改性木材的药剂流失性规律相似;通过指数函数模拟,可得到ACQ-D防腐改性速生杨木木材药剂流失规律。
The effect of the initial wood moisture content on the preservative retention and leaching was investigated based on the previous research on the industrial production of ACQ-D-treated wood. The results showed that the preservative concentration matched the preservative attention of the treated wood well by using industrial pressure impregnation method. The initial wood moisture content had no significant effect on the preservative attention of the ACQ-D-treated wood. In the range of experimental conditions, the treated wood could be obtained according to ACQ-D concentration. For the same preservative attention of ACQ-D-treated wood, the preservative leaching regularity was similar to each other in spite of the different initial wood moisture contents. The preservative leaching of ACQ-D-treated poplar wood can be forecasted using the exponential function models.
