摘要
使用压制过淀粉后残余的西米树干材料,在不添加黏合剂的条件下,使用热压成型方法制作自然降解的环保材料—生物质板材,以替代市场上使用的胶合类含甲醛的建筑和包装材料。通过对材料浸泡,磨解,使用110℃高温压制板材。通过拉伸弯曲试验,测定板材的弯曲和拉伸强度。试验结果表明,压力为3.5 MPa时板材的弯曲拉伸强度最高,抗弯强度为51.38 MPa,抗拉强度为最为34.20 MPa,含水率不高于9.65%。使用西米树干材料压制的板材不添加任何化学元素,强度高,含水率适中,在包装,建筑,可降解环保材料方面有很好的应用前景。
The purpose of this study was to produce biomass board using the residue of sago material without adding adhesives. The material was soaked and grinded before it was pressed to a biomass board. The mechanical properties of the biomass board were measured by tensile and bending tests and the strength of the biomass board should meet the national standards. The result showed that the best bending strength was 51.38 MPa, the tensile strength was 34.20 Mpa, and the moisture content was not higher than 9.65% when the pressure was 3.5 MPa. The strength and moisture content of the biomass board met the national standards for several composite panels.
