脑力负荷和运动负荷对上肢肌肉表面肌电信号的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Mental Workload and Physical Workload on s EMG Signals in Muscles of Upper Extremity

摘要 目的探讨脑力负荷和运动负荷对上肢肌肉表面肌电信号的影响。方法采用运动负荷附加脑力负荷的双任务作业范式,16名男性受试者分别完成腕部负重20%MVC、40%MVC、60%MVC和80%MVC静态运动的同时,分别完成报数和心算任务共8个测试模块,记录受试者上肢肌肉的表面肌电信号。结果肱二头肌、肱三头肌、三角肌、斜方肌上部、肱桡肌和桡侧腕屈肌的AEMG均值均存在运动负荷的主效应(P<0.01),随着运动负荷的增加,AEMG显著增大。肱桡肌和桡侧腕屈肌的AEMG均值还存在脑力负荷的主效应,肱桡肌(P=0.007)和桡侧腕屈肌(P=0.018)心算任务AEMG显著高于报数任务。结论运动负荷对上肢肌肉的表面肌电信号均有影响,脑力负荷仅对肱桡肌和桡侧腕屈肌的表面肌电信号有影响。 Objective To examine the effects of mental workload and physical workload on s EMG signals in muscles of the upper extremity. Methods The dual task paradigm of mental workload task and physical workload task was adopted in this study. Sixteen male participants performed the isometric contractions during weight bearing exercise on the wrist at four levels of physical workload( 20%,40%,60% and 80% of the maximum voluntary contraction( MVC) in the report number task and the mental arithmetic task. Muscular responses were quantified using surface EMG signals. Results Significant main effect of physical workload was observed in biceps brachii,triceps brachii,deltoid muscle,trapezius muscle,brachioradialis muscle and flexor carpi radialis on mean AEMG( P 0. 01). With the physical load increase,the mean AEMG increased.Significant main effect of mental workload was observed in brachioradialis muscle and flexor carpi radialis on mean AEMG. The mean AEMG of brachioradialis muscle( P = 0. 007) and flexor carpi radialis( P = 0. 018) in the mental arithmetic task were higher than that in the report number task. Conclusion The physical workload has effects on the surface EMG signals in biceps brachii,triceps brachii,deltoid muscle,trapezius muscle,brachioradialis muscle and flexor carpi radialis. While the effect of mental workload is only significant on the surface EMG signals only from brachioradialis muscle and flexor carpi radialis.
