General Situation and Enlightenment of Resource Construction of Canadian Research Knowledge Network(CRKN)

加拿大研究知识网络(CRKN)的前身是加拿大国家站点许可项目(CNSLP),于2000年由加拿大创新基金会、64所高校和地方政府共同出资建设,现已发展为一个拥有75家成员机构、120万服务对象的非营利组织,极大地提升了加拿大全国信息获取和学术资源共享的效率和效果。文章重点介绍了加拿大研究知识网络的概况、资源建设的目标与内容、经费来源与共建模式、资源服务方式的创新与效果,在此基础上提出了针对中国图书馆联盟发展的若干思考和启示。

Canadian Research Knowledge Network（CRKN）, formerly known as Canadian National Site Licensing Project（CNSLP）, was created with the support of Canadian Foundation for Innovation（CFI）, 64 universities and local government in 2000, has developed into a non-profit organization of 75 members and 1.2 million service objects by2009. CRKN greatly improved the efficiency and effect of information acquisition and academic resources sharing in Canada. This study focuses on the general situation, resource construction goal and details, funding source and sharing model, innovation and effect of service mode of CRKN. On that basis, some thoughts and enlightenment about the development of library consortia in china were put forward.
