摘要
目的分析作业工人纯音听力损失情况,提出控制措施。方法对不同行业的作业场所进行卫生学调查,对作业工人进行纯音听力测试,暴露组726例与620例对照组人员进行比较。结果作业场所检测164个噪声作业点,噪声强度为88.3±16.1[LAeq,8 hd B(A)],其中有85个作业点超过国家标准,超标率为51.8%,噪声作业工人听力损失检出率为17.8%,明显高于对照组的4.5%,听力损失随接触噪声工龄的增加而加重(P<0.05)。结论噪声能导致作业工人的听力损失,应加强防护,减少职业性噪声聋的发生。
Objective The survey was made to provide the control strategies by investigating the situation of pure tone hearing lose among workers. Methods A hygienic survey on the different workplaces was conducted. The results of hearing examination on 726 workers which were exposed to the noisy environment were compared with those from control group of 620 workers. Results A total of 164 noisy spots were detected, the noise intensitywas 88.3± 16. 1 [ LAeq, 8 hdB (A) ]. About 85 detected spots exceeded the national hygienic standards. Over standard rate was about 51.8% , incidence of hearing loss on workers exposed to noise was 17.8%, it was obviously 4. 5% higher than the control group. The degree of hearing loss increased with the length of the exposure time (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Noise can cause hearing loss of workers, the protection should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of occupational noise - induced hearing loss.
