2014-2016年宜宾市某哨点医院流感监测结果分析

Influenza Monitoring Results in Yibin City From 2014 to 2016

目的了解宜宾市2014-2016年流感的流行特征。方法收集流感哨点医院的流感样病例(Influenza-like Illness,ILI)咽拭子用实时荧光定量PCR进行各型流感病毒核酸检测,对核酸阳性标本进行流感病毒培养。结果2014年流感病毒阳性检出率6.36%(66/1 038),2015年流感病毒阳性检出率5.30%(57/1 076),2016年流感病毒阳性检出率为4.97%(52/1 046);2014年检出优势株是甲型H3N2,2015-2016年检出优势株是甲型H3N2和乙型;从年龄上看,ILI在5~14岁组、15~24岁组的阳性率较高,在0~4岁组的阳性率最低。结论宜宾市2014-2016年的流感活动强度基本稳定。近年来以H3和乙型为主,夏秋季为高发期。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Yibin City from 2014 to 2016. Methods ILI（ Influenza- like Illness） throat swabs from influenza sentinel hospitals were collected and nucleic acid detection of influenza viruses was carried out by real - time quantitative PCR, nucleic acid positive specimens were prepared for influenza virus culture. Results The positive rate of influenza virus in 2014 was 6.36% （66/1 038）, in 2015 it was 5.30% （57/1 076）, in 2016 it was 4. 97% （52/1 046）. In 2014, the superiority strains which was detected was A （H3N2）, in 2015 -2016, the superiority strains was A （H3N2） and B virus. From the age point of view, the positive rate of ILI in 5 -14 years old group and 15-24 years old group were higher, and the positive rate was the lowest in the 0 -4 years old group. Conclusion The predominant strains of influenza were stable in Yibin City from 2014 to 2016. Different subtypes of influenza viruses alternate, with no major flu outbreaks occurring. To carry out influenza surveillance, forecast and control of epidemic has important significance. In recent years, H3 and B were the mainly, summer and autumn were the high period of incidence.
