职业人群肺功能正常预计值的研究

目的本文通过查阅国内外有关职业人群肺功能正常预计值的建立、影响因素和国外肺功能预计值在我国工人的适用性研究,以及目前我国职业人群肺功能正常预计值状况的研究文献,探讨如何选择适合本地区职业人群肺功能正常预计值,从而提高尘肺患者劳动能力鉴定和接尘接毒工人肺功能评价的正确性。

After referring to Chinese and other countries＇ researches related with the establishment and influence factors of normal predicted value of occupational population＇ s pulmonary function （ PF）, studie on applicability of foreign predicted value of PF among workers in China and current normal predicted value of Chinese occupational population＇ s PF, this paper studie how should we choose appropriate normal predicted value of PF for local occupational population, thus increasing correctness of identifying work ability of patients with pneumonoconiosis and of evaluating lung function of workers who contact dust and poison.
