子宫内膜非典型性息肉样腺肌瘤诊治进展 被引量：7

摘要 子宫内膜息肉样腺肌瘤又称腺肌瘤性息肉,占子宫内膜息肉的1.3%-8.0%,属于混合性苗勒管肿瘤,根据腺上皮有无异型性,分为典型性息肉样腺肌瘤与非典型性息肉样腺肌瘤。非典型性息肉样腺肌瘤发病率逐年增高,且有恶变可能,因此越来越受到关注。1分类1996年,Longacre等[1]研究了55例非典型性息肉样腺肌瘤病理切片,提出了结构指数的概念：病变中含分枝、
