浅谈水钢四高炉炉墙结厚的处理

Brief Talk on Treatment of Wall Lining Thickening of No. 4 Blast Furnace in Shuigang

水钢四高炉2017年4月中旬开始炉况失常。2017年5月5日降料面休风喷涂，发现炉腰部住结厚严重，本文主要对水钢四高炉炉墙结厚的炉况表现、炉墙结厚的原因、处理措施及取得的效果进行分析总结，吸取经验教训，保证炉况长期稳定颇行。

The condition of No.4 blast furnace in Shigang had become abnormal since middle of April in 2017. On May 5 in 2017, the charge level was lowered, the blast furnace was damped down, then the wall lining was sprayed. At the same time, serious waU lining thickening at the belly of furnace was found. In this article, behavior and reasons and treatment measures and treatment effects of wall lining thickening of No. 4 blast furnace in Shuigang are analyzed and summarized so as to learn from experience and lessons and ensure furnace condition long-term stable and smooth.
