摘要
低铁耗生产组织模式下极易导致转炉冶炼过程热量不足,严重影响转炉各项技术经济指标的稳定控制,进而严重制约“节铁增钢”持续开展。实践证明,利用申焦对转炉进行热补偿可有效缓冉藓转炉热量不足与增加废钢比之间存在的矛盾.促进“节铁增钢”效益最大化。
Low hot metal ratio easily leads to insufficient heat in BOF steelmaking process, which seriously influences technological and economic indexes related to BOF steelmaking and restrains progress to save hot metal and increase steel output. It is proved in practice that heat compensation by using medium grained coke in BOF steetmaking can effectively alleviate conflict between insufficient heat and high scrap ratio and maximize benefit from saving hot metal and increasing steel output.
