管道输送氮气纯度优化的研究与实践

摘要 制氧机组通过采用低温精馏法生产出氮气能源介质,针对生产过程中管道输送氮气纯度长期偏低的难题,提出优化工艺调整,解决制氧机组缺陷隐患,强化空分冷量回收利用,提高空分精馏效率。经过实践,证明可大幅度提高产品氮气纯度,进而实现管道输送氮气纯度更优化,提高了企业经济效益。 Nitrogen gas as an energy medium is produced with cryogenic distillation method in oxygen generator. As for a difficult problem of long-terra low purity of nitrogen gas in piping in production, relevant measures such as optimization of technological modulation, elimination of defects and hidden dangers in oxygen generator, increase of cooling medium recycle from air separation, improvement of air separation distillation efficiency are put forward. It is demonstrated that the purity of nitrogen gas in piping can increase with measures being put into practice so as to improve economic benefit of enterprise.
