社区矫正中民意导向与民众参与问题研究

Research on the Problems of Public Opinion Orientation and Public Participation in Community Correction

社区矫正工作的开展应当积极关注民意导向、民众参与问题,具体应当关注民众对社区矫正的理念是否接受,民众对社区矫正工作是否配合和支持。通过民众对社区矫正的知晓度、认同度和参与度三个维度进行分析,民众对社区矫正的认同度不容乐观。基于此,应当进一步加强对社区矫正以及我国刑罚体系的宣传力度,增强社区矫正工作透明度,保障民众知情权,明确社会工作者、志愿者参与机制,加强规范管理。

Development of community correction should pay close attention to the issue of public opinion orientation and public participation. We should pay more attention to whether people accept the idea of community correction and whether the public can cooperate with or support community correction. Through analysisof the three dimen- sions of the public awareness, identity and participation of community correction, the public recognition of commu- nity correction is not optimistic. Based on this, we should further strengthen the publicity of community corrections and China＇ s penalty system, strengthen the transparency of community corrections, protect people＇ s right to know, clarify the participation mechanism of social workers and volunteers, and strengthen standardized management.
