近年来我国反恐形势极为严峻,而在暴力恐怖活动中枪支是恐怖分子常用的暴力武器。我国是一个枪支管理极为严格的国家,线下贩卖枪支活动几乎难以实现,而网络的便捷性和隐蔽性使得网络贩卖枪支犯罪呈现出不断蔓延的趋势。通过分析网络贩卖枪支犯罪的过程和手段,提出将传统侦查手段和信息化侦查手段相结合的侦查方法,并总结出一系列相关的防控策略。

In recent years, the anti -terrorism situation in China has been extremely serious, and in violent and terrorist activities, guns are a common weapon used by terrorists. China is a country in which gun control is very strict, offline selling guns activity is almost difficult to achieve, while convenience and concealment of network make that selling gun online crime trend is spreading. This paper analyzes the process and means of selling gun crime online, proposes the investigation method combining traditional investigation and information investigation, and summarizes a series of related prevention and control strategies.
