人际互动取向团体心理辅导在回归适应期戒毒人员中的效果研究

为了探讨及验证人际互动取向团体心理辅导对回归适应期戒毒人员心理功能恢复所起的作用和效果,使用社交回避及苦恼量表、情绪—社交孤独问卷以及相关的附加量表,将30名处于回归适应期的男性戒毒人员分为三组(每组10名),对其中两组分别进行标准化的人际互动取向无结构团体心理辅导、短程密集的人际互动取向无结构团体心理辅导,另一组不进行相应的心理干预,经过两周的干预,可以得知,人际互动取向团体心理辅导可有效提高戒毒人员的人际交往意愿和能力,消除在交往过程中的误区,降低回归前的焦虑情绪,对帮助他们建立新的人际互动模式、戒除心瘾有一定的促进作用。
