摘要
目的应用磁共振平扫及增强扫描对脑内脱髓鞘假瘤的诊断价值进行评价。方法回顾性分析确诊为脱髓鞘假瘤9例患者的临床资料,通过对比磁共振平扫、增强扫描对脱髓鞘假瘤的诊断准确性进行研究。结果将磁共振平扫序列的诊断结果与增强扫描的诊断结果进行对比分析及研究,磁共振平扫序列诊断脱髓鞘假瘤的准确性55.6%(5/9),结合增强扫描诊断的准确性77.8%(7/9)。结论磁共振平扫结合增强扫描可以比较准确的诊断大部分脱髓鞘假瘤,平扫可显示病灶的形态特征,增强扫描可提供病灶的血供特点及情况,磁共振平扫及增强扫描结合对脱髓鞘假瘤疾病患者的诊断准确性很高,通过激素治疗患者预后较好,可以有效避免患者的手术损伤,对这类患者治疗方式的选择至关重要。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI scanning and enhanced scanning in the diagnosis of demyelin- ating pseudotumor in the brain. Methods Nine patients with demyelinating pseudotumor were retrospectively analyzed,and the ac- curacy of diagnosis of demyelinating pseudotumor was studied by comparison of MRI scan and enhanced scanning. Results The MRI scan sequence diagnostic results was comparing with the results and enhancement scanning in the diagnosis of research and a- nalysis, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan sequence in the diagnosis o{ demyelinating pseudotumor accuracy of 55.6% (5/ 9), combined with the accuracy of the enhanced scan diagnosis 77.8 ~ (7/9). Conclusion Magnetic resonance plain scan combined with enhanced scan can accurately diagnose most of the demyelinating pseudotumor. The morphological features of the lesion can be visualized by plain scan. The characteristics and conditions of the lesion can be seen by the enhanced scan. The magnetic reso nance scan and enhanced scan combination can be used. The diagnostic accuracy of demyelinating pseudotumor patients is very high. The prognosis of patients treated with hormone therapy is better, which can effectively avoid the patient's surgical iniury. The choice of treatment methods for these patients is very important.
