摘要
移动办公系统是一种支持员工在异地处理所内内控事务的办公系统,该系统能够将科研院所内部繁杂的审批事项进行电子化,将所内全部工作流程转移到连接了无线网络的智能移动终端上。同时用户在智能移动终端还可查看院所组织架构信息、院所实时动态、完成各类审批流程等,该系统极大地提高了员工办事效率,减少了审批各类内控事项所花费的等待时间,降低了公益型科研院所内部管理风险。
The mobile office system is a kind of office system that supports employees' handling the internal control affairs outside the institutes,this system can digitalize the complicated examination and approval items inside the scientific research institute,transfer all the workflows of the institute to the intelligentmobile terminal linked to the wireless network.And at the same time,the user can also view the organization structure information and real time dynamic of institutes and complete various approval processes in the intelligent mobile terminal. The system greatly improves the efficiency of the staff,reduces the time for leaders to approve various internal control items,and reduces the risk of internal management in public welfare research institutes.
