摘要
本文通过对我国开放共享科技基础条件平台建设现状和运行模式进行描述与分析,找出影响科技资源共享平台有效运行所存在的主要问题,探讨科技基础条件服务平台在整合创新资源,培育创新主体、提升服务能力等方面的作用,如何为企业创新发展提供更全面、更有效的服务。
This article through to our country the construction of basic sci-tech condition platform open sharing of description and analysis of present situation and the operation mode,find out the influence of science and technology resource sharing platform for effective operation of the main problems,explores the basic condition of science and technology service platform in the integration of innovation resources,foster the subject of innovation,improve service ability and so on,how to innovation and development for the enterprise to provide more comprehensive and more effective service.
