人文关怀在神经内科ICU后综合征患者中的应用

Application of humanistic care in post-intensive care syndrome for neurology patients

目的探讨人文关怀护理在神经内科ICU后综合征患者中的应用效果。方法将纳入的60例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人文关怀护理,比较2组患者的护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度、重返ICU率和ICU后综合征评分。结果观察组护理不良事件的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的重返ICU率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的HADS、PSQI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而MMSE评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组家属的HADS、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科ICU转出患者实施人文关怀护理,可有效地预防和治疗ICU后综合征。

Objective To discuss the application effect of humanistic care nursing in post-intensive care syndrome for neu rology patients. Methods 60 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group with 30 cases and control groups with 30 cases. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, the experimental group was treated with humanistic care. The incidence of nursing adverse events, care satisfaction, return to ICU percentage and post-ICU syndrome score in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events of test group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The care satisfaction of test group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The percentage of returning to ICU of test group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The differences of HADS, PSQI scores between those two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the difference of MMSE scores between those two groups was not statistically sig- nificant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out humanistic care nursing in ICU patients of neurology would effectively prevent and treat post-intensive care syndrome.
