音乐疗法在腰椎穿刺术后患儿的应用

Application of music therapy in children after lumbar puncture

目的分析音乐疗法在腰椎穿刺术后患儿中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学附属儿童医院2015-03—2016-01收治的进行腰椎穿刺的80例患儿为本次研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组于对照组基础上加用音乐疗法。比较2组并发症发生率、镇静剂使用情况、检查配合及术后平卧时间。结果观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组为20.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇静剂使用情况、检查配合、术后平卧时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法能够提高行腰椎穿刺患儿的治疗依从性,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To Analysis of the application of music therapy in children after lumbar puncture. Methods 80 children with lumbar puncture were selected from March 2015 to January 2016 and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 children in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the children in the observation group were treated with music therapy on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications, use of sedatives, time of check and postoperative supine in both groups were analyzed. Results The complication rate was 5.00% in the observation group and 20.00 % in the control group. The difference was significant （P〈0.05） ;The use of sedatives, time of check and postoperative supine in the observation group was better than the control group,respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lumbar puncture with music therapy could improve their children＇s compliance, reduce the incidence of complications in Children treated with lumbar puncture, and it is worthy of clinical application.
