摘要
某船在低温淡水系统注水后重新启动淡水泵,发现系统水压达不到正常工作压力并且压力极其不稳定,冷却效果不佳导致无法满足船舶航行需求。文章根据离心泵工作原理的相关理论,结合现场对系统查验时所得数据,分析了该系统压力不稳定的原因,并提出了预防措施和解决方法。系统经调试和交验合格后并通过后期运营检验,其控制预防措施和解决方法合理,无问题反馈。
A ship restarted the fresh water pump after the water flooded in the low -temperature fresh water system, and found that the system water pressure did not reach the normal working pressure and the pressure was extremely unstable, and the cooling effect was not good enough to meet the needs of the ship sailing. According to the relevant theory of the working principle of centrifugal pump, the paper analyzes the reason of the instability of the pressure of the system combined with the data obtained from the on - site inspection of the system, and puts forward the preventive measures and solutions. The system is tested and passed the inspection and after passing the late operation test, the control precautions and solutions are reasonable, and there is no nroblem feedback.
