摘要
文章基于对船舶任务可用度的计算,分析了预防维修费用、故障维修费用以及停机损失与任务可用性、任务周期的动态关系,建立了以任务可用度、系统的可靠度为约束条件、最低维修成本为目标的船舶最佳维修周期模型,利用MATLAB对目标函数进行了求解,并结合有关案例,验证了该模型的有效性,同时为船舶调度管理提供了参考。
Based on the calculation of ship mission availability, the paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between the cost of preventive maintenance, the cost of fault maintenance, the cost of stoppages and the availability of tasks and the mission period. The paper establishes the optimum model of the task with the mission availability and the system reliability as constraints. As the goal of the ship maintenance cycle model, the use of MATLAB to solve the objective function, combined with the case, verify the effectiveness of the model, while providing a reference for the ship scheduling management.
